after so many years at KUROTEC?
In 2019, a friend recommended KUROTEC to him. With no prior knowledge of GRP or laminating, but with curiosity and strong motivation, Tiago joined the company. Day by day, he learned new technical skills and developed a deep understanding of materials, processes and teamwork.

Tiago Ribeiro came to Germany from Portugal in 2013, at a time when stable work was hard to find at home. He started with various temporary jobs in warehouses, restaurants and bakeries, always with the goal of building a long term future.
