Assembly and service
Installation is a key part of every project. Our specialists assemble pipelines, tanks and GRP structures according to all applicable safety rules and quality standards.
We support our clients throughout the entire process. Preparatory work, installation and commissioning are all carried out with care to ensure long-term reliability and performance.
Production
Kurotec operates production facilities in Germany, Poland and Bulgaria.
The company operates five production sites in total.
Its manufacturing facilities, together with the in-house laboratory and engineering complex, are internationally certified and meet the stringent requirements of European standards.

Founding
KUROTEC was founded in 1983 with a simple yet bold idea: to build a high-quality, customer-focused company specializing in plastic piping systems. The name “Kurotec” is derived from the German word Kunststoffrohrtechnik – plastic pipe technology.
The founder of the company, Mr. Manuel Nunez-Alvarez, started without major investments and partners. His motivation was to bring a better-quality, flexible and customer-oriented product to the market. This is how the KUROTEC brand was created. He decided to change this and to establish his own company in which quality and people are the focus.
KUROTEC’s first customer was the chemical group DOW in Stade. This marked the beginning of the company’s development and production of pipes and tanks for the chemical industry. At the time, the company employed just five people.
