Altin Dina:
Responsibility through commitment
Years of work are seen and respected.
Appreciation
On time pay and clear structures provide security.
Stability
Those who want responsibility are given the chance.
Future
What keeps you motivated
after so many years at KUROTEC?

One year later, Altin joined KUROTEC. He began with basic tasks in laminating and grinding, learning by watching, listening and practicing. Step by step, he gained experience and took on more responsibility. Today, he is a foreman coordinating an international production team.
His shift includes colleagues from Poland, Syria, Albania and Iraq. Communication does not always rely on language, but on respect, attitude and trust. Altin supports new employees with patience, remembers what it was like to start with nothing, and focuses on the strengths of his team. For him, leadership means setting an example and standing by his people.

What matters here is not where you come from, but how you work.
Altin Dina came to Germany from Albania in 2000, searching for stability and a future. He arrived without language skills and without formal training, starting completely from scratch. From the beginning, he knew that reliability and hard work were the only way forward.
